  • How do you charge for gardening services?

    Typically, I charge for gardening services by the hour, and the minimum order is 3 hours. You only pay for the time you book, and any additional time will always be approved by you first. When booking, I provide the estimated recommended work duration. If you prefer to be billed for the service, please let me know during my garden viewing. Please note: external services and materials are charged separately.

  • How do you charge for green waste collection?

    I provide free collection of green waste or organic garden materials produced during my work, such as grass clippings, leaves, twigs and hedge trimmings, to a recycling centre. The maximum amount of green waste collected at once is 6 m3, and the full cost of recycling is borne by the customer. If you prefer to manage your waste yourself, just let me know, and I will put it in a bag(s) and leave it in a designated location. You can return the bag(s) to me during your next order, or I will add their cost to your bill.

  • Do DPM Property offer regular maintenance?

    Definitely yes, I prefer regular cooperation. You can book recurring visits for one season. During your first visit, I will be happy to advise you on how many services your garden requires per year.

  • What if the weather is bad on the day of client booking?

    I do not do most of the gardening work in very wet weather, as it is difficult and dangerous. I will inform you about this and schedule an appointment for another day.

  • What if client need to cancel or reschedule?

    You can cancel or postpone your visit free of charge until 6:00 p.m. 2 days before my visit. If you do not cancel on time and I am unable to enter or start work, you will be charged for 3 hours..

  • Do customer need an external tap for the gardener to provide jet or power washing?

    is advisable to have an external tap, as I need to connect the pressure pump tank to a water supply to ensure jet or power washing. If you don't have one, I may be able to use an internal water source, such as a kitchen faucet or a washing machine connection. If you do not have an external tap and would like to order power washing, please let me know when you make your reservation.

  • What happens if the gardener can’t finish everything within the established time?

    If, for unforeseen reasons, I am unable to complete the assigned service within the agreed deadline, I will notify you immediately. We will determine any additional costs in time, waste and materials before proceeding. With your permission, I will continue working on the same day or schedule another term.

  • Can gardener prune or trim tall trees?

    For safety reasons, I trim only trees up to 3 meters high. If you need help with taller trees, please contact me. I will help you arrange a specialist who will do the work for you.

  • What happens if multiple gardeners are needed?

    If your order requires a team of 2 or 3 people to cover a larger area and complete the job more efficiently, please let me know, and I will arrange it. Your hourly rate includes one "man-hour" of gardening work. (e.g. one gardener per hour or two gardeners per 0.5 hour each).
